Scholarships

We want our education to be accessible for as many people as possible. Besides regular financial aid and scholarship options, we offer extra scholarship opportunities to off-campus students.

If you're taking advantage of our off-campus military programs, there are even more options available.

All scholarships funded by Extended Campus are available on Academics Works. Students need to fill out the general scholarship application each semester and will be auto-matched to other scholarships available to them. However, students must fill out and submit an application for the Extended Campus scholarship.

Extended Campus Scholarship

We are pleased to announce our SIU Extended Campus Scholarships for fall, spring and summer semesters! Each semester, two $250 scholarships will be awarded to students who meet the qualifications below at each of our off-campus locations.

• Hours currently enrolled must be greater than or equal to 6
• Gross need must be greater than 0
• Cumulative GPA must be greater than or equal to 2.0
• Site must not include Carbondale Campus, Off Campus, Springfield, IL or Web-based distance learning
